By purchasing a TycoonsCard membership, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.


2. Membership Subscriptions

TycoonsCard offers paid membership subscriptions that may renew automatically unless canceled.

Membership subscriptions may include:

  • Monthly plans

  • Annual plans

  • Promotional plans

  • Other subscription options offered by TycoonsCard

Subscription details, pricing, and billing frequency are presented during the checkout process.


3. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through:

Stripe

By subscribing to TycoonsCard, you authorize Stripe and TycoonsCard to process recurring payments according to your selected membership plan.

TycoonsCard does not store complete payment card information.


4. Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled before the renewal date, your membership will automatically renew.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation is completed.

You are responsible for:

  • Monitoring your renewal date

  • Maintaining accurate payment information

  • Canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue


5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by:

  • Using available account cancellation tools, or

Cancellation requests should be submitted before your next billing date to prevent the next charge.


6. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel:

  • Future recurring charges will stop

  • Your membership remains active until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated

  • Access to membership benefits may continue until expiration of the paid period

Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for previous payments.


7. Refund Policy

Because TycoonsCard provides immediate access to digital membership services, community features, and resources, membership fees are generally non-refundable once processed.

Refund requests may be considered under limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing errors

  • Unauthorized transactions

  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.


8. Promotional Offers and Trials

If TycoonsCard offers:

  • Free trials

  • Discounted memberships

  • Promotional pricing

the specific terms of the offer will apply.

Promotional offers may:

  • Automatically convert into paid subscriptions after the promotional period

  • Have different cancellation requirements

  • Have separate refund restrictions


9. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, TycoonsCard or its payment providers may attempt to process the payment again.

If payment remains unsuccessful, TycoonsCard may:

  • Restrict access

  • Suspend membership benefits

  • Cancel the subscription

  • Request updated payment information


10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, members should contact TycoonsCard at:

We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve legitimate billing concerns.

Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Membership suspension

  • Account termination

  • Restrictions on future purchases


11. Account Termination by TycoonsCard

TycoonsCard may suspend or terminate membership if a member:

  • Violates applicable policies

  • Engages in fraudulent activity

  • Abuses the platform

  • Violates community standards

  • Creates security risks

Termination due to policy violations may not qualify for a refund.


12. Changes to Pricing

TycoonsCard may update membership pricing or plans.

If pricing changes affect existing subscriptions, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

Continued membership after the effective date of a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.


13. Taxes and Fees

Members are responsible for applicable taxes, government charges, or fees associated with membership purchases.

TycoonsCard may collect taxes where required by law.


14. Digital Services Acknowledgment

By purchasing membership, you acknowledge that:

  • Membership access begins promptly after purchase

  • Digital services are provided electronically

  • Access to membership features has immediate value

  • Refund limitations apply as described in this Policy


15. International Members

International members may have additional consumer protection rights depending on their country or region.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
