If you receive a call or email asking for your information, do not provide it. You can report a phone scam that uses Tycoons Card name by emailing us at abuse@tycoonscard.com. Tycoons Card doesn’t call or email cardholders and request personal information.

If you have questions about whether or not you need to inform your issuer that you’re traveling and using your Tycoons card overseas, please refer to your card issuer’s site.
If your card is lost, stolen, damaged or compromised, we will work with your financial institution to approve and expedite the delivery of an emergency card to you, usually within 1 to 3 days.
Yes—if you’re using a Tycoons Credit card, a Tycoons Debit card or Tycoons Gift card. Additionally, the merchant must make it clear at the point of sale (whether in store or online) that there is a surcharge. For more information on merchant surcharges, visit Tycoons Card Rules.
In general, a merchant is not permitted to establish a minimum or maximum amount for a Tycoons Card transaction. However, exceptions apply in the U.S. and U.S. territories—like Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam. In those locations and only for credit cards, a merchant may require a minimum transaction amount of U.S. $10. If you encounter an issue where a merchant refused to accept your Tycoons Card on the basis that the merchant requires a minimum or maximum amount on a Tycoons debit card, or requires that the purchase amount on a credit card is greater than U.S. $10, please notify your Tycoons card issuer.
*Please note, Tycoons Card does not set up, service, or have access to cardholder or merchant accounts. This is done through our client financial institutions (the banks). Each financial institution has its own criteria for issuing Tycoons cards, how it manages statements, etc.
