JOB SUMMARY The Executive is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, management and operations of assigned programs in support of the company. DUTIES This position is responsible for planning, managing, resourcing and delivering regional operations services for a network of 5,000+ business accounts from 100 Advisors that manages 50 field reps each. This position also interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, enhances technology and innovations, and makes investment decisions for operating and capital budgets in collaboration with other leadership. In addition, this position plays a key role in the development and execution of strategic vision, alignment and execution for the company. It champions employee motivational initiatives to foster greater employee engagement and workforce development. It actively sponsors key strategic initiatives, tracks progress, and communicates successes; and ensures compliance with required regulations, policies, and guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS The basic qualifications for this position are a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years Basic Management Experience, 5+ years Basic Functional Experience. Must confirm at least 1500 social media followers, references or subscribers from within your Earn App account. Must choose and verify your Earn Wallet expense account to receive your payment notifications for your earnings and expense reimbursements.
